AVHS MCA Testing Confirmation Form

Please fill out this form to let AVHS know whether or not your 10th grader and/or 11th grader will be coming to school on Wednesdays in April to take MCA Exams.

April 7: MCA Math (Grade 11)
April 14: MCA Reading (Grade 10)
April 28: MCA Science (Grade 10 and 11 Students Taking Biology)

Taking the test is encouraged, but not required. Families may opt out of testing for any reason; for record keeping purposes the State of Minnesota would like to know if students in Digital Academy are opting out due to COVID or for other reasons. Bussing will be provided for all students that wish to come to school to test.

A receipt of your completed form will be emailed to you upon submission.
