As a community, we recognize our responsibility to serve the greatest good. How to do that is unclear in the middle of a global pandemic. Please help us find the path forward by answering a few questions. Note that this questionnaire does not assume you will teach this year, but is being sent to you because you previously served as a faith formation helper, catechist, table leader, or other in another fashion serving the needs of faith formation in our Area Catholic Community
