By signing this agreement, the vendor agrees that:
  1. Vendors won’t be guaranteed a space unless payment is received. Payment can be made on www.peedeeequality.com through PayPal. 
  2. There will be no refunds in case of inability to attend
  3. Vendors are to supply their own table, chairs, and tent - power will be available
  4. Pee Dee Pride Fest will determine vendor space assignments
  5. Set-up is to not take more than 10 sq. ft. of space
  6. Set-up the day of event will begin at 2:30 pm - all set up to be completed by 3:30 pm
  7. After set-up, vendors will park vehicles in the designated area - behind the venue area before the railroad track.
  8. Tear-down begins at 9 pm. Vendors will not tear down early.
  9. Sponsors of the Pee Dee Pride Fest will be assigned premium vendor spaces.
Indemnification:
The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold The City of Florence and Pee Dee Equality harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgements that may be asserted against The City of Florence and Pee Dee Equality that result from the acts or omissions of The City of Florence's and Pee Dee Equality's employees, agents, or representatives. 

The vendor shall be solely responsible for insuring all applicable laws are followed and complied with in selling and presenting products and services at the event.
