Understanding our rates
We cover meal, travel, and salary expenses of our presenters through the fees charged for workshops. The fees charged also help us sustain our organization's work and operations.

In-person, in Metro Vancouver: 
  • 2 presenters, 1 tech support assistant, up to 500 participants
  • Formula: [$20 base] + [$20/staff/hr * (x number of staff) * (x hours)] + [$40 / staff * (x number of staff)]
  • Sample: 3 staff, 1 hour = $20 + ($20 * 3 * 1) + ($40 * 3) = $200 bill

Online (Canada-wide over Zoom): 
  • 2 presenters, up to 50 participants
  • Formula: [$20 base] + [$20/staff/hr * (x number of staff) * (x hours)]
  • Sample: 2 staff, 1 hour = $20 + ($20 * 2 * 1) = $60 bill
