The JustSpace Alliance (justspacealliance.org) is developing curricula for use in EDI/anti-racism reading groups within the space sciences (e.g. astronomy, astrophysics, cosmology, planetary sciences, aerospace engineering, and other related fields). Towards that end, it would be helpful for us to hear about how your department group works, and what your needs might be.
