This online form combines the blue Marching Band Contract, orange Fee Payment, and pink volunteer interest form to complete our registration process. Once these forms are complete, you will be directed to our Fee Payment store to finalize your enrollment in the 2024 Worthington Kilbourne Marching Band by making your first payment. Our registration deadline is April 1.

We prefer that all registrations are made online. The physical forms that were distributed are more for parents to physically hold and see as they are walking through the registration process. Please note that payment in full -OR- initial $125 payment AND all uniform and miscellaneous fees are required to finalize registration.

IMPORTANT: Students will not be allowed to participate in Marching Band rehearsals/performances if payments are not up to date, physicals are not current, or required registration documents are not complete.
