1. Payment is required to secure your yard card reservation.
2. The yard card, and associated equipment, are a rental. These items are owned by Signed by Tonya. You will be invoiced for missing and/or damaged items.
3. For our safety, please make sure someone at the delivery location is aware Signed by Tonya be on the property installing the yard card.
4. To assist us in installing your yard card, please water your grass every day, for the three (3) days leading up to your celebration date. Also, please ensure any pet messes are picked up.
5. For the safety of others, especially children, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the yard card. The yard card has pointed corners and straight edges. The yard card will not support the weight of a child or an adult, which includes leaning, sitting, or playing on.
6. Please do not move or attach anything to the yard card. This includes balloons, streamers, and silly string. These items can cause damage to the graphics. If the yard card needs moved or picked up early, please contact us.
7. If you have a lawn company scheduled for service on the day of your celebration, please arrange for them to come before the yard card is set up. Lawn equipment will cause damage to the yard card.
8. Yard Cards will not be set up during turbulent weather. If weather is an issue, we will reschedule or provide a credit for a future reservation.
9. Cancellation: Due to the custom nature of our yard card business, canceled reservations will not be refunded. A credit for a future reservation will be provided.
10. Signed by Tonya respects your privacy. We do not sell our clients’ information to third parties. Please let us know if you do not want us to share a picture of your yard card on social media.
11. Signed by Tonya and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup, duration, and/or removal of any yard card.
