Yoga Strong Spring/Summer
Do you enjoy a physical challenge? Do you want to improve your body’s awareness and mechanics? This intense (no chairs allowed) yoga class will help you to achieve greater mobility and improve joint range of motion. Challenging but accessible poses will be done to build strength.
This 10-week class is led by instructor Vera Resera on Thursdays from 3pm to 4pm. Class dates run from May 19 to July 28.
There will be no class between June 27 and July 18
This class has a maximum capacity of 9 registrants. If the class is full at the time you sign up, you will be notified and offered a space in the available class.
