In consideration of payment, the Owatonna Business Partnership (OBP) agrees to provide a space at 2024 Gem Days. Space assigned cannot be sublet for any other use or any other person, group, or corporation not mentioned herein. Location to be assigned upon contract approval. Owatonna Business Partnership (OBP) reserves the right to refuse to accept any vendor who, in the sole judgement of OBP, does not meet the standards of decorum of Owatonna Gem Days. My signature on this contract reflects my understanding that this page and the accompanying sheet of rules is part of the contract as well.
