First Holy Communion - Spring 2023
First Holy Communion is offered to children of Vinje at the time when parents and children feel they are ready to receive this sacrament. First Communion classes are geared toward children second grade and up who are not currently receiving Holy Communion, but are available to all children kindergarten and up. This class is also a helpful tool for families who have children who have already been receiving Holy Communion, but who would like to learn more about what this life-giving sacrament means.

This year, First Communion Class will be held on March 18, 2023 from 9:00am-4:00 pm as an all-day retreat at Green Lake Bible Camp. First Holy Communion will be offered as part of worship both on Sunday, March 19 and Wednesday, March 22 as part of our regular worship services at Vinje.
