Facilitate Change's So(ul) Full Cooking is an intentional offering centering personal healing and connection through cooking. It is a space for participants to think about their needs and how food can be a means of meeting those needs and bringing healing and nourishment to our souls.

WHEN
Upon completion of this form, a response will be provided within one week to scheduled an initial 60 minute needs assessment. Following the needs assessment, a 90 minute cooking session will be scheduled, to occur within a two week time period so that there is not too much time in between talking and cooking.

COST
We want to ensure that this offering is financially accessible while still fairly compensating our facilitators for their labor.
Rates will be on a sliding scale, starting at $50/hour and going to $150/hour ($225 - $675).
Payment will be made in a deposit of 25% of the total amount, paid within five days following the initial needs assessment, with a payment plan for the remaining balance, to be discussed and agreed upon between the facilitator and the participant.
For example, if you select the $225 rate, the deposit would be $56.25, to be paid within five days following the needs assessment. The remaining $168.75 would be split over up to six months, depending on what is sustainable.
Recognizing that everybody has different needs and not wishing to reinforce capitalism, we also offer a deposit-only payment plan for those individuals who can only pay the deposit.
We ask that accepted individuals select an amount that feels accessible to them while considering how privilege has impacted their current financial situation. We trust that you know your situation best and will not ask you to provide additional labor to prove what you need. There is no application fee for applying.
