Jos havaitset tai kohtaat häirintää, kiusaamista, syrjintää tai muita yhdenvertaisuuden toteutumiseen liittyviä ongelmia ja haluat tuoda ne Nefan yhdenvertaisuusvastaavan tietoisuuteen tai toivot apua ja/tai tukea ongelman ratkaisussa, voit täyttää tämän lomakkeen. Lomake on luottamuksellinen ja vain Nefan yhdenvertaisuusvastaava näkee siihen tulevat vastaukset. Mahdolliset jatkotoimenpiteet pyritään aina toteuttamaan ilmoituksen jättäneen henkilön toiveiden mukaisesti. Lomake on täysin anonyymi ellet päätä jättää yhteystietojasi. Lomakkeet hävitetään kerran vuodessa hallituskauden vaihtuessa.

The form is entirely anonymous unless you decide to leave your contact information. Received documents will be disposed once a year when a new board is elected.
