How do you get the words flowing?
When Maya Angelou wanted to write, she booked herself a hotel room. Victor Hugo used to drink a cup of coffee and two raw eggs before he could sit down to write. Haruki Murakami starts writing at 4 am every morning.

Before I sit down to write, I usually make myself a cup of tea (minus the raw eggs). I also work well in places that have bustling background noise, like a cafe. I've definitely missed cafe writing during the pandemic! Lately I like to sit outdoors in nature and write until I hit an idea.
