Please complete this form to pre-register your child (age 3 -12) for child care that will be provided at Mashpee Middle-High School during the May 6th Mashpee Town Meeting which begins at 7:00 PM.  If you have more than one child who will participate, you must complete a separate form for each child.  Your completed form must be submitted by Friday, May 3, 2024, at 5:00 PM.  Space is limited.  Children may be dropped off beginning at 6:45 PM on May 6th.
