It is the hard work and dedication of our staff, along with the support of numerous partner agencies, organizations, businesses, and individuals, that enables Healing Transitions to provide people with an opportunity to recover.  We couldn’t do what we do without the generosity of our community.  Recognition at our annual Holiday Open House is one way that we would like to thank those who have given their time, energy, and resources throughout the year.

Volunteer of the Year - An individual or organization who volunteer their time or talents to Healing Transitions

Community Partner of the Year - An agency/organization in the community whose services help support our mission OR a faith-based organization/group supporting the HT participants and mission

Staff Member of the Year - An individual currently employed at Healing Transitions

Employer Ally of the Year - An individual or business who routinely employs HT participants and/or alumni or routinely offers second chances through employment to individuals in recovery

HT COVID Hero - An individual or organization who has been a leader in the response efforts to the COVID-19 pandemic over the last two years.
