Please fill out the form below to participate in our Easter Sunday Baptisms on Sunday, March 31st.

These will occur towards the end of the service, in the sanctuary and will be on a part of our livestream.

We will send an email the week of with further details on how to prepare. Typically there is a baptism overview class offered the morning of that and we will be doing so for Easter Baptism. We ask everyone to make every effort to attend! Please indicate your response below.

Please wear clothing & shoes you do not mind getting wet. We ask that your attire be black in color.

In order to participate in baptism, we require everyone to attend a teaching on baptism by our teaching elder, Matt Johnson. Our class will be from 9-10a on Sunday, March 31st. Please indicate your acknowledgement and attendance of this class.

For those filling it out for their kids, please indicate on the children's behalf the attendance in this class. All must attend to participate in baptism! Parents are asked to attend with their children.
