If you are you interested in being a vendor at the WAKEFIELD MARKET on 12/2 then this is the form for you! The Market will take place on Saturday, December 2, from 9:00 AM  - 1:00 PM at the Wakefield Civic Center.  There is limited space at this market and there will be a $10 vendor fee to participate. Use this form to sign up and let us know your needs!  We will confirm your participation by email.  Vendors must provide their own tables, approximate space set up is 10' x 10'.
