Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) Airlift was designed in 2022 by our Leaders In Training to offer a positive pick-me-up to those feeling the mental strain of living and managing T1D every day.
This form allows you to nominate anyone living with T1D who needs a little extra reminder that they are not alone and with a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) anything is possible. They will receive a PMA Airlift package in the mail that is especially curated by one of our PMA Airlift Volunteers. The package includes PMA info, resources and some items that will lift their spirits during this overwhelming time. This package is NOT intended for newly diagnosed patients, but for those that need to remember - they've got this!
