If you are a student of UNIVET and you currently hold an inactive student-status, feel free to fill in the short application for participating in the support workshop series completely free for UNIVET student, held by the UNI student mental health counselor. The workshop consists of two sessions on Campus. Session one: on adaptive coping strategies deriving from inactive life-status – overcoming “fail” mindset, developing self monitoring system

Session two: building self-awareness to adequately cope with procrastination and overcoming stress and anxiety of multiple trial & error, how students can actively prepare for re-entry to academic and campus life and exploring career options, and discussing strategies to reconnect with veterinary science.
