These terms and conditions are in place for the safety and welfare of our clients. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will come into effect immediately. It is the responsibility of our clients to read these terms and conditions in full.

Once you have requested a place on a course you become liable for the cost.

On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and a full refund or a free transfer to another course date will be offered. We will not be responsible for any other loss incurred by you as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.

The client shall agree not to sell, destroy, deface, alter or part with work created by Barking Mad Dog Services or permit it to be given or done so by any third party.

All dogs must remain on leads and in control of the owner at all times whilst at the training venue unless told otherwise by a trainer.

Owners must make sure they keep a minimum of 2m distance between dogs.

No punitive punishment or harsh handling to be carried out.

While a bitch is in season she will not be allowed to train, the owner can still attend the class to learn during the lesson and train at home.

If a dog has suffered with sickness or diarrhoea within 48 hours prior to training, do not attend training. Training can take place online to make up for missed lessons.

While Hoopers is an all inclusive sport, if your dog is showing signs of lameness do not attend training until the dog is sound.

If your dog is showing signs of Kennel Cough do not attend training. Training can take place online to make up for missed lessons.

No slip collars, half slip collars or haltis to be worn while training.

DO NOT put your dog on any piece of equipment at any time unless directed by the trainer.

You must pick up after your dog and take away with you. It is the responsibility of the owner/handler to dispose of their dog waste. There are no facilities at training.

Whilst every care is taken, Barking Mad Dog Services will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury to property, persons or dogs while attending training.

Should your dog cause damage, injury or death to livestock at the training venue, you will be liable to pay any and all expenses incurred.

Photographs and/or recordings may be taken by Barking Mad Dog Services during training classes.

Anyone failing to abide by the rules, terms and conditions set out by Barking Mad Dog Services will be asked to leave immediately.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

If the owner/handler fails to attend at the time they are booked for, they will lose that time and fee.

We will only collect, store and use your personal information for specific purposes as outlined in accordance with GDPR.
