Little Rubies - A Farm & Nature Preschool
This form is a waitlist for Little Rubies for the 2023-2024 academic school year. Please know that by filling out this form it does not guarantee you a spot for this school year. You also get to sign up for one free trial class! This has many benefits. As a parent you get to practice what your routine will be, you get to see how our drop off/pick up process works and you get to see and talk to other parents that are currently in our program! For children it is beneficial because it helps them feel safe, excited and prepared for where they will be attending school in a few months! 
The Enrollment Process: 

  1. Sign up for the waitlist.

  2. Sign up for a free trial classes. This is where you will drop your child off for a day at the ranch! You can drop them off anytime from 8:30-9:00 and pick up anytime from 3:00-4:00. If you think your child will do better just attending a half day, just let us know! We will send you pictures throughout the day to let you know how they are doing! We can sign your child up for an additional date if we feel like it is needed. This helps us ensure your child is ready to attend and they feel comfortable and ready to attend too!

  3. After the initial trial class, the parents, child, and teachers need to feel confident that Little Rubies is a good fit. Ashley, our lead teacher, will contact you after the trial class to answer additional questions, and either invite you to enroll or discuss concerns that may have arisen during the trial class.

  4. Once you receive the official invitation to enroll, the required paperwork, $75 registration and materials fee must be submitted as soon as possible. This fee is nonrefundable and will go toward their water bottle and t-shirt for their school year.

  5. Your child's space in the class will be reserved as soon as the required paperwork is submitted and the fees are paid.

  6. There will be a check in meeting scheduled 4-6 classes into your child’s experience with their new class. The check in is a time for teachers and administrator to continue to develop the relationship with parents and develop a culture of communication.

Pick a date for your trial class. We can add an additional date if needed after the first one.  These are free classes. As a parent you can decide if you'd like to attend a full or half day. We do ask that you arrive between 8:30-9:00 so you can see how drop off works and ideally pick up around 3:30-4:00 so you can see how pick up works.
