Will you be able to spend some time helping at the hub?

We will be expected to be open throughout the Princesshay shopping day. We will be totally reliant on volunteers to staff the hub. This means you :) We are hoping that some of our member organisations would like to have a desk from which to promote their projects. We need volunteers to step up and spend a few hours regularly at the hub. We are also looking for volunteers to help at events that we will run at the hub.

Favoured communications method

We currently use email to let you know what is happening but once the hub opens we will need additional communication channels. We will continue to send out a newsletter which will become a regular monthly email once we are open.

Additionally we should set up a chat channel for those who are going to be actively involved in the hub. There are loads of chat apps out there. Which would you prefer to use?
