If you have submitted this form between the announcement on 2/21/21 and 2/27/21, your submission has been received.
As of today, 2/28/21, this Schedule Option Change Form will not be reviewed as we prepare for the return of students next week. The following was included in the 2/21/21 announcement: Students currently enrolled in virtual learning will continue in that enrollment option and must contact their child's school if requesting to change their enrollment option.
Please contact your child's school in the event that you are requesting a change in your child's enrollment option.
