SWAN (Charity No 1188649) has been providing aid to the local commuity since 2012.
IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF SUPPORT PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO HELP YOU.
If you need food support please access support at the following places:
We run a Soup Kitchen at Thornton Heath Islamic Centre every Monday everning at 6.30pm
We run a Foodbank for South London Islamic Centre every Tuesday Morning from 10.30 - 12pm
We have a Community Hub in Croydon from which we run our services.
Please COMPLETE THIS REQUEST FORM and we will respond within 48 hours with a message or call to acknowldege your request and details of next steps.
