The purpose of this form is to offer our current Canton Rugby players the opportunity to provide confidential feedback regarding their experience with our coaching leadership on and off the pitch. Whether you want to give an anonymous pat on the back, or bring to light something that doesn't sit right with you, this is the place! Your responses are completely confidential and will be received and discussed by the executive committee to help us 1) better understand player perspective and 2) know where to focus our attention when it comes to coaching development.
