Vibrant Communities Action Item Alignment
This document identifies community organization activities or interests that align with the Vibrant Communities Action Agenda. Each unique action is identified below. For each item that your organization would like to take a lead or support role in, please indicate. All other items may be left blank. Additional items community organizations are pursuing that are not identified in the action agenda are included at the end of each section.

• Lead: Organization is a funding and/or convening partner to tackle a specific Vibrant Communities Action Agenda item.
