Coaches are a very important part of any Rails Girls workshop. For those that have never coached before: each coach helps 1-2 participants during the event. Usually, we follow the Rails Girls tutorial. This may get updated before the workshop.

Remember, as a coach you can always modify the flow based on your participants. Sometimes we have people that are real beginners and sometimes participants already know the basics.

In any case it will be a very interesting experience and we need your help! Big thanks!
