2021 In Person Summer Training - APPLICATION

This application is to be completed by all candidates who are interested in applying to a in person summer course. Please complete this questionnaire to the best of your abilities. Please make sure the email address you enter is current and would be the one you use for all communications.

NOTE: due to the current health situation, there is no guarantee that these courses will go ahead. Please take that into consideration when applying.

You may apply for both Virtual and In-Person training, but are expected to be at all sessions of the in-person training. This may conflict with some sessions of the virtual training.

For further information on most of these courses, please check the Files section in Teams, under "In-Person Courses".

At present, most 1 week Basic and Junior Courses are scheduled in July, with the 2 week Senior Courses in August. THIS WILL MOST LIKELY CHANGE AS THE SITUATION REQUIRES!
