2022-2023 JCKC Math Club Registration Form
Welcome to JCKC Math Club!!

We will be utilizing Georgia Ready mathematics instruction & problem and solution workbook.
These books will be used as their curriculum all year long.

*Our team comprises certified teachers who will ensure comprehensive coverage of all Georgia standards for each grade level.

Our pricing is based on per session rates, with each month including 4 classes. In the event that a month has only 3 classes, we offer reduced tuition fees.

**Registration Fee $50.00 (Non-refundable)**
*Registration Fee WAIVED for Math if you take a Reading/Writing class as well.

2nd - 8th Math -$130.00 (Maximum number of students: 6 per class) for 75 minutes.

*The first class for the 2023-2024 School Year will be July 13*

**2 or more students required for the class to start**

In the event that you wish to discontinue the class, kindly provide us with a notice period of at least two weeks prior to the intended payment date.
