Vallis Chamber of Global Commerce Survey
A quick form to get a pulse of the planet as we get close to having our own Chamber of Global Commerce.

Please answer honestly and only once! Responses will be anonymous, I will not have access to your google account name.

Description:

The Chamber of Global Commerce is a planetary project that provides an efficiency boost to certain industries or worker tiers - you can read more about it in the PrUn handbook at https://handbook.apex.prosperousuniverse.com/tutorials/planetary-projects/#chamber-of-global-commerce-cogc

As only one program can be active at a time, residents of the planet vote on the program (with votes weighted by number of workers, with benefits to higher tiers).

Typically, planetary chambers of commerce are handled in one of two ways: either everyone votes for their own interests and the free market wins, or voters try to cooperate and choose a program (typically Pioneers) that benefits more residents to a slightly lesser degree. This survey is not a binding agreement, but is meant to get a pulse of how residents of Vallis feel about upcoming CoGC programs.

Examples:

-with a free market of voting, perhaps Construction advertising campaign gets 10,000 votes and Metallurgy 8,000. Construction wins, and all construction buildings get a 25% efficiency boost, which is the boost for industry-specific programs, while Metallurgy and other industries receive no boost. Note that it would be possible for other industries to try to form voting coalitions or alliances in order to influence the CoGC votes.

-with planet-wide cooperation, the planet would most likely pick a worker education program such as Pioneers and consistently vote for it, giving all pioneers a 10% boost (the boost for education programs for a worker tier). We would encourage everyone to stick with this vote and cooperate.

What is your primary industry on Vallis?
What is your secondary industry on Vallis, if any?
If you had to vote for a program, what would you choose?
Would you prefer a free market of voting or a cooperative approach, as described at the top of this form?
