2021-2022 MQI Coaching Cycle Region IV

Participants will work through the coaching cycle (using the Math Quality Index) with a Math Specialist to determine a goal and then work to learn and meet that goal. These teachers will meet with a math specialist a minimum of 3 times throughout the school year. All work is embedded in the classrooms and no substitutes are necessary. The intensity and level of support is determined during the first coaching meeting. By filling out the Application, you are expressing that you are interested in committing to individual coaching. In order for individual coaching to be a good use of time, you must be personally invested in your own professional development and be willing to reflect on your own instruction, with the support of a Regional Math Specialist.
