2023 SASPSC Registration Form
Registration Fee is as follows: 
New Players or Returning Players with Full Uniform replacement: $180.00 plus a separate $50 check to be refunded only if parent/guardian completes volunteer assignment.

All Returning Players with partial Uniform replacement: $150.00 plus a separate $50 check to be refunded only if parent/guardian completes volunteer assignment.

*50% of registration fee must be received by July 31, 2023 for uniform orders.
*Payment plans are available. Please contact DJ Masartis @ 412-337-8301 to make arrangements.
* Fundraiser will be available to offset / reimbursement of Registration Fees.

Registration payments can also be made through PayPal (use shalerslowpitch@gmail.com for payment to account).  Choose Friends and Family option to make payment.

PAYMENTS DUE BY JULY 31, 2023
LATE FEE $15  BEGINS JULY 16, 2023 (Only applies to returning players)
** Registration will remain open until August 18, 2023 and any registration received after that will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
