Please be advised that filling out this request form does not guarantee that your class is booked. Please provide a valid phone number/email address in order to receive a response to book your class.

There are 2 options available-

GROUP CLASS:
Group classes would be hosted by you, in your home, or office (business parties). There is a required minimum of 6 attendees, and a maximum of 12 attendees. The host will receive an invoice for half the amount for the deposit to hold the date you requested, the remaining half would be due no later than 2 weeks prior to your class date.

PRIVATE CLASS:
Private classes would be held at your home, for only one person. You will receive an invoice for half the amount for the deposit to hold the date you requested, the remaining half would be due no later than 2 weeks prior to your class date.
