We are grateful to you for sharing your nativity. The event would not be a success without people like you.
If you have more than one nativity you are willing to share there are two options for submitting them. 1) enter the total on one form or 2) put each nativity on a separate form. If you choose this option you will see the option to fill out another form after you submit. If you are loaning more than one and would like the optional display card that tells the country of origin or something else about your nativities you can enter this by putting each nativity on a separate form or by emailing what you would like on the display cards to Kerri Davis at kerridavis824@gmail.com
The safety of your nativity is our highest priority. You will set up your nativity and you will take it down. We will have stanchions separating the guests from the tables and volunteers monitoring at all times during the event. During the off hours we will have extra locks on the doors of the cultural hall.

DATES TO REMEMBER:
Take your nativity/nativities to the Stake Center (11626 S 300 E) Thursday, December 7th from 5 to 8 pm or Friday December 8th from 5 to 8 p.m.
Pick up your nativity/nativities at the Stake Center (11626 S 300 E) Monday, December 11th from 9 to 10 pm, Tuesday December 12th from 9 to 11 am or 5 to 7 pm.
