Early Bird Booking Rate Of €35.00 per Delegate closing on Friday 22nd March 2024. (This applies to bookings with payments received in full by Friday 22nd 2024}

Payments and Bookings made after Friday 22nd March 2024 will be at €45.00 per Delegate. (Please ensure that payments are made by Friday 12th April 2024)

Payments made for the Provincial Conference are non transferrable to other Provincial Activities or Events.

Refunds are not available for cancellations made after Friday 12th April 2024

Any amendments to Bookings must be done by email to  stheastpconference@gmail.com 

Delegates will not be accepted on the day of the conference whom have not made a booking.

All Delegates are Registered Members of a Scout Groups within the South East Province, Scouting Ireland.
Their Garda Vetting and Safeguarding are in date as per the Scouting Ireland Membership Policy. 
Delegates who's Garda Vetting or Safeguarding has expired on the day of the Provincial Conference will not be permitted to attend the Provincial Conference.
