Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at I Am My Sister and I Am My Brother's 2024 Juneteenth Celebration! This is a free, family-friendly outdoor event suitable for all ages.
Each vendor spot comes with a 6ft table and two chairs.
Non-profits: $30
Craft Vendors: $50
Food Vendors: $75 (Electricity and water source not available)
Note for Food Vendor: You must provide liability insurance and a copy of a Nassau County Board of Health Special Events Permit. For additional information and requirements, please call the Nassau County Board of Health at 516-227-9717.
Please take note of the following:
1. Multi-level marketing or direct sales companies are not eligible for participation.
2. You will receive an email within five business days regarding next steps once your application is approved.
3. Your reservation will only be confirmed once we receive full payment.
4. We work on a first-come, first-served basis and have limited slots available.
5. I Am My Sister / I Am My Sister is not responsible for the lack of sales.
6. You are responsible for keeping your assigned area neat, clean, and hazard-free. You are responsible for any damage to the grounds resulting from your operations. You are also responsible for collecting and properly disposing of all trash within your area. YOU MUST LEAVE THE AREA JUST AS YOU RECEIVED IT.
7. VENDOR SPOTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL DONATION PAYMENT IS MADE; DONATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Our Goal:
Our goal is to promote a sense of togetherness and invite the community to experience the beauty of black culture and economic power. We expect all our vendors to uphold this aim.
