When Dafna and Chris first met in November 2018 at the 6th Annual Northwestern University Searle Center Talent Analytics Leadership Roundtable they quickly connected on what they both perceived as a gap in the workplace. Specifically, how people and culture drive and sustain growth and innovation within organizations. Combining their experiences and resources in the areas of performance psychology and culture research exposed the opportunity to shift how companies collect and analyze data unleashing employee potential.
