PURPOSE OF THIS APPLICATION:  This form is designed to *help you reflect on yourself, your interests, and your God-given gifts/experiences so that we can help YOU find the most ideal and well-suited place to join RUF in it's mission at UGA.  Anyone desiring to serve in RUF next year needs to complete this application.  Submitting this form neither commits you to anything nor promises anything.    

HOW LONG IT TAKES TO COMPLETE:  This form takes 10 minutes to complete.  **If you're a rising junior, senior, or 5th year and are also interested in applying for RUF Servant Team, simply indicate your desire to apply on the very last question and you'll be automatically directed to a few additional questions that are more specifically directed to Servant Team.

Please keep in mind, to apply for Servant Team you need to be a rising JUNIOR, SENIOR, or 5th YR and need to be enrolled full-time next year.  You also need to have been regularly involved in the RUF community for at least 1 complete semester.  If you anticipate being gone from Athens on STUDY ABROAD either fall or spring semester next year, please talk to Ben before moving forward and applying for Servant Team.
