This storm has taught us that we need to get off the Internet and social media to connect with people during disasters to let people know about the aid we have available.

If you are a person who is comfortable chatting with people in your neighborhood, please sign up to be our contact person in your area. We will send out text messages or even call you if you have an old fashioned landline.

We also have two way radios ( Cobra CXT385 or Cobra CXT565) with a limited range that we can set at a predetermined channel if you happen to have a pair of those kicking around.
