Eldritch: Player Feedback & Survey
Feedback form for participants who attended the March 2024 Eldritch Event IV: The Sacrifice.

Thank you so much for attending Eldritch.

Your feedback is incredibly important to the Eldritch team, as we can only improve and grow with your help.

Our goals in collecting participant feedback are to identify areas that worked well, and others that need adjustment or significant improvement. We will use your insight to hit the drawing board and make alterations as necessary.

We believe in life-long learning, and we want to grow together with our players, addressing unmet needs & challenges as our community grows. Eldritch is not just our home, but yours as well, and the home of future adventurers.

These data will be collected, stored, and analyzed by the Eldritch team (Spencer McGhin, John Kozar, Jessica McGhin, Harrison Watson, and Aramada Combs). Only anonymized data may ever be published or shared outside of staff for academic or event development purposes.

We humbly ask you for honest & unfiltered feedback on what worked well and what didn't.

The feedback form is in several sections and should only take 10 to 15 minutes to complete based on how detailed your responses are. Many of the questions are not required. 1) Overall Experience, 2) Logistics, 3) Gameplay, 4) Safety, 5) Unmet needs, challenges & suggestions, and finally 6) An outlook on Eldritch Event V.
