We will issue a future show credit for cancellations within 7 days but no refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the show or for no shows.

Jury Process
In order to be considered, you must fill out this application. WaterFire will review applicants' work and will make selections based on craftsmanship and uniqueness of work. We do our best to curate a well-rounded event that includes a wide variety of showcased mediums. Space is limited and priority will be given to fine arts and crafts over consumer product vending.
