The purpose of the club is to empower and form a community of women leaders in STEM by providing a safe space through various support and enrichment activities. Club activities include academic and social events, mentorship, guest speakers, networking, outreach, volunteer, and scholarship opportunities.

If you are interested in being a member of the Women in STEM Club please fill out the following survey. To be an active member you need to attend at least 2 meetings/activities.

Yes-President: Preside over all meetings, call special meetings, carry out the provisions of the constitution, oversee all committee activities.

Yes-Vice President: Assume the duties of the president in his/her absence, perform any duties delegated by the president, attend all Inter Club Council meetings (which I believe are held about once a month), Report the results of ICC meetings at club meetings.

Yes-Secretary: Record and keep accurate minutes of all meetings, act as correspondence clerk, print and distribute agenda for all meetings.

Yes-Treasurer: Handle funds and finances for club, keep financial records and collect dues, pay bills and release funds as voted by the general membership, make financial reports at least once a month at the meeting.
