HS Spring Sports Sign Ups 2023
All 9th-12th grade athletes interested in participating in a spring sport must fill out this form.   You are still responsible for providing the appropriate sports physical packet or re-certification packet prior to tryouts on March 6, 2023.  

If this is your first school sport, you must complete the full physical packet:


If you have participated in a fall or winter sport, you must complete a recertification form.
