Please fill out this form if you are  interested in participating in an online Founder's Day Ceremony.  The ceremony will take place over Zoom on Sunday December 13th @ 7 p.m. CST.  This ceremony is only open to members in good standing (current chapter members or alumni at large who are up to date on their dues/life membership payments.)  If you wish to participate please RSVP (with this form) by Friday December 11th; a link to the ceremony will be emailed to the email you post on Saturday December 12th.
