Terms & Conditions / Indemnity -
1. Motorsport is dangerous. I agree and accept all the risks involved which include minor injury / major injury including paralysis / death.
2. I, being the adult participant (or parent / legal guardian for those under 18) agree to save harmless and keep indemnified RR Motor Sports Management / RR Motorsports Management Pvt Ltd / IndiKarting, the FMSCI, the property owners, the meet sponsors and their respective officials, servants, representatives, agents and promoters from and against all action, claims, costs, expenses and demand in respect of death, injury, loss of or damage to the person or property of the driver, myself or my crew as the case may be, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with this entry or my taking part in this meeting and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the said bodies, their officials, servants, representatives or agents.
3. I agree to pay any costs related to damages for my own kart, as applicable.
4. I confirm that I will pay all costs related to my participation.
5. I agree to follow all the rules & regulations of the event and the FMSCI.
6. I agree that motorsport has its inherent issues and the organizers are not responsible for any lack of performance, irrespective of the cause. There is no refund or compensation in any such situation.
7.  I understand that should I at the time of this event be suffering from any disability whether permanent, temporary or otherwise which is likely to affect prejudicially my normal control of my vehicle, I may not take part unless I have declared such disability to the FMSCI (ASN) who have following such declarations, issued a license which permits me to do so.
8. I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and have filled the form myself.
9. All standard track rules apply.
