Thank you for your interest in our Summer Camps!

We welcome you to complete the following application for the camp(s) of your choice. All camps are taught in German, run for one full week, Monday-Friday, start daily at 9:00 and end at 1:00. You will provide a lunch/snack for your child and the children will have an organized snack time to eat. Each camp is organized around an exciting theme with a combination of free play, crafts and organized play with a maximum of 12 students per camp for children 4-8 years old.

Masks are required for all children and teachers participating in the class. All entrants will complete a health check upon entry to the school each day to ensure the safest environment for all families involved. No symptomatic attendees will be allowed in the camps. If you travel prior to camp, please plan 10 days to quarantine before attending camp or have a negative COVID test no sooner than a full 48 hours after returning from travels.

All children must be self sufficient in the restroom for all tasks required in the restroom.

All children must have experience with the German language, either through PKS or another environment.

All children must have experience in a preschool or other similar setting.

Please complete this form and submit tuition to enroll your child in Portland Kinderschule's summer camp. Spaces will be reserved based on date of payments received.  We will maintain a wait list of interested families should a space become available at a later date. Camps sizes are limited to ensure the best experience.

Payment can be made using the following options, but we prefer payment via Zelle. Payment must be received at least one week prior to the start of camp.  A seat in camp is confirmed upon completion of registration and payment received.

Cancellations: Camps cancelled prior to two weeks before the start of camp are refundable, minus a $75 fee, cancellations received after that period are non refundable. If Portland Kinderschule must cancel a camp entirely, all enrolled families will receive full refunds.

Portland Kinderschule is required to have a parent camp assistant present during camp hours. Please let us know if you may be interested in filling this role. Parent camp assistants will be assigned to one full week of camp and help Monday through Friday 8:45 am - 1:15 pm, each day. Camp tuition is discounted 50% for one of the parent camp assistant's children and parent camp assistants are paid Portland Metro minimum wage.
