Honorarium shall be given to speakers of the training course as a token of our appreciation. According to the honorarium policy of BSL, the rate of honorarium shall be as follows:

a. $1,000 for duration less than an hour;
b. $2,000 for 1 - 2 hours; and
c. $3,000 for duration more than 2 hours
