Application and Procedures for Use of School Facilities
This application must be approved before a non-school related group is allowed to use school facilities. School organizations, school-sponsored programs, and organizations whose primary purpose is to provide financial assistance to the school are all considered, for the purpose of this application, to be school-related. Use of school facilities for school purposes has precedence over all other uses. A copy with the Superintendent's or their designee's signature will be returned to you if your request is approved by the Board of Education.
Requests will be accepted between July 1 and June 30 of any given school year. Payments cannot be deposited for rental requests and agreements cannot be executed by the District prior to July 1 of the new fiscal year.
