Beginner Band ( wind or brass) is for a student starting on a band instrument (Years 3,4,5 & 6 only). 
Beginner Strings (violin & cello) is for a student starting on a string instrument (Years 1,2 & 3 only).
All other students wishing to take lessons at OAGS must enrol for individual lessons. 
If learning your instrument outside of OAGS, select 'External Lessons'. 
If you are not currently taking tuition and wish to play in an ensemble, select 'No Lessons'. Participation under these circumstances will be up to the discretion of Coordinator of CAPA.

Lesson Duration *
A schedule of fees is available in the Terms & Conditions for Instrumental Tuition (see website). 
Beginner group lessons are included in the Beginner Programmes fee. 
20 minute individual lessons are available to younger students who are trying a new instrument (only for the first term). 
45 minute lessons are available for advanced students studying at higher grade levels in consultation with their tutor.

Senior String Ensemble: Tuesday 3:30 - 4:15 (Experienced string players at required standard)
Beginner Strings: Tuesday 11:45 - 12:30 (Primary Beginners in Years 1 - 3) 
Woodwind Ensemble: Tuesday 8:15 - 9:00
Brass Ensemble: Friday 8:15 - 9:00
Senior Rock Band: Thursday 1:45 - 2:30
Chapel Band: Monday 8:00 - 9:00
