Virtual Meeting/Webinar on Submitting Substantive Comments
Please join Friends of Minidoka, Japanese American Museum of Oregon, and Preservation Idaho for a virtual meeting/webinar on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 (5:30 pm PT/6:30 pm MT/7:30 pm CT/8:30 pm ET) in response to the Lava Ridge DEIS and for the upcoming BLM Open Houses. The presentation will include:
  • Review of the EIS process
  • How to make effective comments
  • Areas of concern in the DEIS
  • What to expect at Portland and Seattle BLM Open Houses

Brian Chaffin, Associate Professor in the W.A. Franke College of Forestry & Conservation at the University of Montana will be presenting and answering questions.

Friends of Minidoka will identify areas of concern in the DEIS.
